Job summary

Wolfe, LLC in Pittsburgh seeks a General Counsel to lead the legal function across all entities. You will guide executive leadership on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and employment matters while overseeing risk management and governance.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage outside counsel and drive strategic initiatives, including corporate records, policies, and significant transactions, balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing at least one US state bar; Pennsylvania admission possible.
• Significant in-house experience as General Counsel or senior legal leader.
• Broad experience across corporate, regulatory, employment and governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal function, including management of direct reports and outside counsel.
• Advise CEO and leadership on corporate, commercial, regulatory and governance matters.
• Oversee contracts, employment issues, risk mitigation, and governance programs.
• Manage outside counsel, budget, scope, and business alignment.
• Support corporate initiatives including partnerships, financing, and records governance.
• Maintain and update Terms of Service and Privacy Policies as needed.
