Job summary

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 2–5 years in law firm or in-house legal dept.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on commercial contracts and negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions including due diligence and closing activities.
• Advise on commercial, operational, regulatory and compliance matters to business units and corporate functions.
