Qualifications

• Experience drafting and reviewing complex estate planning documents, nonjudicial agreements, probate filings, and fiduciary accountings.
• Strong research and drafting skills; familiarity with federal transfer concepts.

Responsibilities

• Performs significant and complex legal work while coordinating with management.
• Oversees outside counsel relationships and directs strategic use of external counsel.
• Collaborates with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to provide practical guidance.
• Networks with outside organizations to advance legal interests and health of the corporation.
