Job summary

Goop is seeking an experienced Executive Operations professional to support the Founder & Co-CEO, coordinating Notion calendars, project plans, and strategic partnerships. You will run logistics for meetings, travel, and high-impact events while maintaining a clear action-tracking system across executive stakeholders.

You will lead the tool setup, onboarding, and automation workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration among C-level executives, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in business, incl. 2+ years in project management or executive operations supporting C-level leaders.
• Consumer goods or brand partnerships experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Masters in Business required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; cross-timezone collaboration.
• Based in North America and able to travel 8–10 times a year.

Responsibilities

• Calendar & logistics management: own the Notion calendar, coordinate travel and meetings.
• Project management & execution: build plans, track milestones, and close tasks.
• Strategic partnerships delivery: manage brand partnerships timelines and deliverables.
• Tools & systems setup: configure and onboard new tools for the team.
• Slack, Notion & workspace management: organize projects and automate updates.
• Research & trend reports: maintain a searchable library and deliver insights.
