Job summary

goop is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Director of Supply Chain in procurement, sourcing, and vendor relationship management. You will manage ERP processes, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery strategies while coordinating cross-functional partners to optimize costs and performance.

The role requires strong data skills, stakeholder communication, and experience with NetSuite. This hybrid Santa Monica position offers a competitive salary and equity opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee component and order creation, maintenance, and updates in NetSuite for replenishment and new items.
• Ensure proper use of ERP systems for inventory transactions, receipts, and reporting.
• Coordinate Goop-owned inventory reporting and movement with vendors for accurate monthly close.
• Lead data collection and change management for new products and replencosting.
• Build strong vendor relationships and drive supply chain initiatives.
• Negotiate and coordinate domestic and international logistics information.
• Flag delivery risks and inform stakeholders early to adjust launches and inventory.

About The Role

As theOperationsManageryouwill support the Director, Supply Chain in the execution of procurement and sourcing processes and will play a key role in the maintenance and management of supplier and vendor relationships.Youare skilledwith stakeholder management and communication,componentinventory management, cost optimization, and production on-time delivery strategy/negotiation.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseethecomponentand order creation, maintenance, and update process within Excel and ERP system (NetSuite) for both replenishment andnew items
• Ensure proper use of ERP systems for inventory transactions, receipts, and reporting
• Autonomouslymanage coordination of Goop-owned inventory reporting and proper inventory movement within NetSuite and with vendors to ensureaccurateaccounting at monthly close
• Own data collection and change management with newness andreplencosting while looking for opportunities for improvement
• Leadrelationships withvendors, focused on building strong collaborative vendor relationships and influence vendors toparticipateand implement supply chain initiatives
• Independently organizes andnegotiatesdomestic and internationallogisticsinformation through clean data collection and focusing on timing
• Proactively flag delivery risks, partnering cross-functionally to give channel heads early visibility when shipments are running short or behind schedule, so teams can adjust launch plans, marketing calendars, or inventory allocation accordingly
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues in real time, working directly with vendors andlogisticspartners to resolve delays, shortages, or quality issues and get shipments back on track
• Support in sourcing and developing new projects bymaintainingtiming and insuring alignment from all other cross functional partners

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a related field
• Must have a love for creating, organizing, andmaintainingclean, clear data
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP system,NetSuiteexperience is preferred
• Relevant CPG experience or exposure to beauty & wellness
• Ability tooperateand structure large amount of data, strong knowledge of Excel isrequired
• Strong communicationskills and ability to understand multiple stakeholders’ priorities and context

FAQ

• Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + Equity. This is a full-time exempt role. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the Los Angeles, CA based position. Goop, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range. Goop provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
