Job summary

goop is seeking an Executive Operations & Project Management professional to run the Founder’s Notion calendar, manage calendars and logistics, and coordinate across the executive team and partners. You will execute strategic projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery while rolling out new tools and systems for the Founder’s team.

Based in North America, this remote role requires exceptional organization, strong communication with a founder, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in project management or executive operations supporting C-level leaders.
• Consumer goods or brand partnership experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to operate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Notion calendar and logistics for the Founder.
• Execute projects led by the Co-CEOs: build plans, track milestones and owners, drive tasks to completion.
• Capture action items from executive meetings and ensure follow-up and closure.
• Coordinate with podcast production, guest tracking, scheduling and production sign-offs.
• Set up and roll out tools and systems used by the executive team; manage tool migrations and integrations.
• Maintain Notion databases, dashboards and templates for projects, to-dos and follow-ups.
• Manage partnerships deliverables: timelines, assets, approvals and deadlines.
• Maintain current library of approved assets and brand guidelines.
