Rodeo Dunes invites a Founder Concierge to deliver a highly personalized Founder experience on-site in Colorado. You will manage Founder reservations, trip planning, and ongoing follow-up, while building lasting relationships with Founders and coordinating with multiple departments across the property.

The role requires a warm, proactive hospitality professional who anticipates needs and creates memorable experiences for guests, with opportunities to participate in Founder events year-round.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day resource for Founder needs and requests.
• Coordinate Founder trip details including golf, lodging, dining, transport, and other needs.
• Assist with Founder onboarding, portal education and account questions.
• Plan and execute Founder-only events and experiences.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Golf, F&B, Marketing and other departments to fulfill Founder needs.
