Position Summary:

Where soul-stirring golf meets the spirit of the American West. Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael Keiser, owner of Sand Valley Resort. Set on over 4,000 acres of towering sand dunes reminiscent of the southwest coast of Ireland, Rodeo Dunes is set to become a world-class golf destination. Two course routings are complete – one by the acclaimed duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and the other marking the solo debut of longtime C&C associate, Jimmy Craig. Construction began in the summer of 2024. With a rollicking, sandy dunescape, welcoming Western hospitality, and inspiring long views of the Rocky Mountains, Rodeo Dunes will introduce guests to a historic - but new to many - region of Colorado. Rodeo Dunes is located less than an hour from Denver and Denver International Airport, and just a short drive from the Fort Collins and Colorado Springs areas.

The Founder Concierge supports the delivery of a highly personalized Founder experience at Rodeo Dunes, serving as a consistent on-site (when in season) resource for Founders throughout their visits and ongoing relationship with the property. This position assists with Founder reservations, trip planning, on-site hospitality, account and portal support, events, and ongoing follow-up.

Working closely with the Founder Services and Reservations team, the Founder Concierge helps execute the day-to-day needs of the Founder program while building meaningful relationships with Founders and ensuring their needs are coordinated across the property. The ideal candidate is a warm, proactive hospitality professional who enjoys getting to know guests personally, anticipating needs, and creating memorable experiences.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Founder Experience & Hospitality

• Serve as a primary day-to-day resource for Founder needs and requests
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to welcome, engage with, and assist Founders
• Build relationships with Founders and become familiar with individual preferences and needs
• Conduct pre-arrival, on-site, and post-visit follow-up as appropriate
• Proactively identify opportunities to personalize and enhance the Founder experience

Founder Reservations & Trip Planning

• Assist Founders with tee times, guest access, and reservation changes
• Coordinate Founder trip details, including golf, lodging, dining, transportation, and other needs
• Assist with future visit planning and help Founders book upcoming reservations while on property
• Assist with travel planning and coordination for other Sandborn destinations as appropriate
• Ensure special requests and important Founder details are communicated across departments

Founder Accounts & Portal

• Assist with Founder onboarding and Founder Portal education
• Help Founders understand and utilize Founder benefits, policies, events, and available resources
• Maintain accurate Founder profiles, preferences, visit history, and communication notes
• Assist with Founder account and billing questions and help coordinate resolution of discrepancies

Founder Events & Programming

• Support leaders with planning and executing Founder-only events and experiences
• Assist with registration, guest lists, reservations, communications, gifts, and event logistics
• Provide on-site hospitality during Founder events
• Support additional Founder programming and engagement initiatives throughout the year

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Coordinate with Reservations, Golf, F&B, Marketing, and other departments to fulfill Founder needs
• Communicate important Founder preferences, requests, and visit details to appropriate teams
• Assist leaders with other Founder initiatives and administrative needs

Qualifications:

• Previous golf or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to hospitality excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Interest in growing within the golf industry and a startup resort setting

Physical Requirements:

Must have the ability to:

• Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (4-6+ hours)
• Communicate clearly in person and via radio
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Operate golf carts and other light equipment safely

  Working Conditions:

  • Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, wind, and inclement weather
  • Exposure to typical golf course environments, including equipment movement and errant golf balls
  • Fast-paced, guest-facing role requiring extended periods of standing and walking

  • Point-of-sale (POS) systems and tee sheet software
  • Handheld radios and communication devices

  • Merchandising fixtures and inventory systems

  $27 - $27 an hour

  $27 per hour, paid bi-weekly
