Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical or structural focus.
• 4+ years in specialty foundations, sheeting/shoring, or deep foundations.
• PE license in DC, MD, or VA or eligible within 3 months.
• Experience with estimating and self-perform construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and proposals for foundations.
• Review geotechnical reports, design documents, and contract specs.
• Develop design documents for excavation support systems.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage material procurement, subcontractors, permits, and insurance.
• Develop construction plans with field teams and review constructability.
• Monitor schedules, costs, quality, and progress.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare monthly status reports.
• Maintain project documentation and lead closeout with strong client relations.
