Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer supporting civil infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of field construction practices and estimating principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop cost analyses.
• Support field operations with RFIs, submittals, change orders.
