Zohorecruit in Newtown, PA is seeking an experienced Foundation Construction Superintendent/Manager to oversee deep foundation and heavy civil projects across southeastern Pennsylvania.

This hands-on leadership role requires directing field crews, managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of complex foundation systems for highways, bridges, marine facilities, and industrial sites.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction with extensive deep foundation experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership experience supervising field crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and project performance.
Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QC processes, and construction best practices.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Compensation

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (commensurate withexperience). Benefits available include:

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday - Friday.

Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may berequired to meet project demands.

Projects are primarily located within approximately 1-2 hours of the office, allowing for local travel with minimal overnight work.
