Anestablished and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experiencedFoundation Construction Superintendent / Manager to oversee deep foundation andheavy civil construction projects throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and thesurrounding region. Projects include highways, bridges, marine facilities,industrial sites, and complex foundation systems.

Compensation

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (commensurate withexperience). Benefits available include:

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday - Friday.

Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may berequired to meet project demands.

Projects are primarily located within approximately 1-2 hours of the office, allowing for local travel with minimal overnight work.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction withextensive deep foundation experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldpreferred
Strong leadership experience supervising field crews,subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and projectperformance
Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QCprocesses, and construction best practices
Valid Driver's License
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managingmultiple priorities
