The role emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and timely delivery of complex civil works. The successful candidate will manage manpower, schedule, and budget while maintaining strict safety standards and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy civil industry as superintendent.
• Ability to meet fast-paced schedules and shifting priorities.
• OSHA 10/30 certification and strong safety compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field crews and subcontractors.
• Uphold highest safety standards on site.
• Provide field supervision with tools, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, budgets, and schedule.
• Interpret project specs and ensure conformance to QA/QC.
• Manage paperwork, submittals, and document control.
• Deliver weekly safety reports.
• Oversee manpower planning and resource allocation.
