Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and instructional abilities.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Willingness to support learners with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively with instructors, technical staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational training in mechanical concepts, principles, and techniques.
• Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises, and training aids.
• Facilitate classroom and practical training activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance during hands-on exercises.
• Assess student learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Help identify areas where additional instruction or reinforcement may be needed.
• Collaborate with senior instructors to improve training programs and materials.
• Maintain organized training documentation and instructional resources.
• Stay current with industry best practices, technologies, and mechanical training methods.
• Promote a safe and effective learning environment.
