Job summary

Chattahoochee Technical College invites applications for an Industrial Maintenance Instructor at the North Metro Campus. This full-time, 12-month position is part of the Economic Development division, delivering non-credit training to the community and local industry.

Prior teaching is not required, but experience training Industrial Maintenance Technicians is desirable. The instructor will collaborate with faculty and leadership to meet department and college goals, develop curriculum for

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field and two years industry experience in industrial maintenance or similar field.
• Five years of relevant work experience and/or teaching in industrial maintenance or related field is also acceptable.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student learning by establishing criteria and testing progress, and communicate progress to students and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and document progress and participation in required records.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and ensure compliance with guidelines and accreditation policies.
