Qualifications

• Experience in foundation repair or waterproofing preferred.
• Sales experience with revenue targets is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor in crawl spaces or tight areas.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to manage time in the field.
• Basic computer or tablet skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to identify basement and foundation issues.
• Present and sell waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural solutions to homeowners.
• Perform installation and service of basement waterproofing systems, sump pumps, and foundation repair products.
• Diagnose structural and moisture-related problems and recommend remediation solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, sales activity, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address post-installation concerns.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites and in customer homes.
