Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Service Technician to combine hands-on knowledge with consultative sales while visiting homeowners across SC. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and service installations, recommend add-ons, and maintain relationships with customers.

The role offers base pay plus commission, paid training, a company vehicle, and growth opportunities. A mandatory 3-week regional training class is provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred.
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
• Proven customer relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent Groundworks.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or to remedy a potential issue.
• Perform annual customer maintenance visits and service appointments.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures; report job status to the Service Manager.
