Job summary

ASML is seeking a Software Project Manager II to drive foundation software initiatives across multiple semiconductor equipment products. You will partner with software, systems, firmware, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure on-schedule delivery, high quality, and successful adoption of shared platform components.

The role requires coordinating dependencies, aligning competing priorities, identifying risks, and providing clear visibility into roadmap execution across product portfolios.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex software programs in a technical environment.
Proven ability to coordinate across product, software, hardware, and services teams.
Strong emphasis on schedule, quality, and risk management for multi-product platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of foundation software projects across multiple product lines.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and roadmaps.
Monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of platform capabilities.
Facilitate milestone reviews, release readiness reviews, and executive status updates.
