Job summary

ASML US seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Process Window Enhancement team in San Jose. You will develop and own the product definition, market strategy and roadmap to enable the next generation of computational lithography solutions.

The role demands a strong technical background, 8+ years in semiconductors, and experience leading cross-functional teams to drive growth, budgets and go-to-market plans. This position is onsite with flexible remote work up to two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Physical Sciences.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 3+ years in product marketing/management with lithography, metrology and process control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth areas and drive product definition, design, development and roadmap extensions.
• Engage with customers to translate requirements into product roadmap and engagement strategies.
• Own product requirements, market validation and business cases with ROI projections.
• Define feature priorities and release scope with R&D, product engineering, QA and project management.
• Analyze budgets, expenditures, and profitability for product development.
