Job summary

ASML US in San Jose, CA, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Process Window Enhancement team to own the product definition, market strategy and roadmap for next-generation computational lithography solutions.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, QA, sales and account teams, translate customer requirements into the product backlog, and drive market validation, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Physical Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
• 3+ years in product marketing and management with lithography, metrology and process control knowledge.
• Experience working with semiconductor customers worldwide.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in global operations.
• Experience in HPC strategy, GPU infrastructure and AI/ML enablement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth areas and drive product definition, design, development, customer engagement and roadmap extensions.
• Acquire deep customer knowledge and translate requirements into the product roadmap and engagement strategies.
• Own product requirements, market validation and roadmaps; deliver PRDs with business cases and market feasibility plans.
• Define feature priorities and release scope with R&D, product engineering, QA and project management.
• Evaluate budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, ROI and P&L projections.
• Develop and execute product business plans; monitor market trends for sales and profitability.
• Define rollout and engagement plans with engineering and account teams.
• Collaborate with product engineering to develop application flow and BKMs to support the flow.
• Be an expert on the competition; develop competitive marketing campaigns for market share.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.
• Drive use cases, marketing materials, collaterals and market communications, including press releases and launches.
• Develop core positioning and messaging; coordinate market communications across channels.
• Manage issues and escalations related to ordering of product, systems and tools, and manufacturing supply.
• Customer visits and meetings with up to 20% travel.
