Qualifications

• CA Food Handlers Card is required.
• Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
• Experience with cocktail tray service and basic food service.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes, POS systems.
• At least 3 years interacting with guests in a positive environment.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures, music and art forms.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
• Ability to handle intoxicated guests safely and politely.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in a nightclub environment with a cheerful attitude.
• Take orders, upsell beverages and menu items.
• Ensure accurate drink preparation and communicate orders to bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Process payments and uphold House of Blues policies.
