You will run a 2-3 person crew, train the next generation, and set performance standards in efficiency and teamwork, working in varied weather and confined spaces. This on-site role requires a strong hands-on leader who can manage client expectations while delivering solid results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews and making independent judgments.
• Willingness to work in all conditions and tight spaces.
• Ability to drive company vehicles with a valid license and clean record.
