Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Foundation Relations Officer to manage and grow a portfolio of institutional funders, leading all stages of the grant giving cycle.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in foundation relations and possess strong communication skills to build relationships and navigate complex situations. This role is pivotal in securing philanthropic investments aligned with organizational priorities.

Job description

As the Foundation Relations Officer you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of institutional funders by leading all stages of the foundation/grant giving cycle—from prospecting and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship. This role supports PPRM’s ability to expand access to reproductive health care, education, advocacy, and abortion services by securing strategic philanthropic investments aligned with organizational priorities.
