Kesem seeks a full-time Manager, Foundation Relations to support children affected by parental cancer through fundraising and community engagement. This role involves developing and managing relationships with corporations and foundations and submitting grant proposals. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in Development management, including grant writing experience. Strong organizational skills and a passion for Kesem's mission are required.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible management experience in Development.
• At least two years with grant writing and prospecting experience.
• Commitment to the mission of Kesem.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage a pipeline for corporate and family foundation support.
• Research, identify, and cultivate new donor prospects.
• Submit an average of 6-8 LOIs or grant proposals per month.
• Prepare draft proposals and reports for funding.
