Job summary
City Colleges of Chicago Foundation is seeking a Manager for CCCF Programs and Financial Planning to lead portfolio-level budgeting and financial planning for major fundraising initiatives. You will partner with PIs and the Development team to design multi-year budgets and provide data-driven insights for leadership decisions.
Responsibilities include grant budgeting, reporting, and ensuring alignment with funder requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years in finance, data, program management, proposal development, or grant management.
- Experience managing program or grant budgets and ensuring fiscal compliance.
- Experience with grants, reporting, compliance, and funder communications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate portfolio-level financial planning for foundation funded programs.
- Develop and manage multi-year program budgets with PIs and fundraising teams.
- Forecast spend rates and monitor timelines; flag risks to leadership.
- Prepare grant financial reporting and ensure alignment with funder requirements.
