Meridian International Center seeks an Associate Director, Foundations to advance global diplomacy through sustained foundation partnerships. The role leads prospect research, proposal writing, and relationship stewardship to secure multi-year support across Open Diplomacy centers.

You will refine fundraising strategy, set annual goals, and collaborate with senior staff to translate mission-driven programs into funded initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years in grant writing or nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience researching, writing, and submitting foundation proposals.
• Equivalent training/education/experience accepted.

Responsabilités

• Identify and research foundation prospects.
• Build multi-year foundation pipeline across centers.
• Qualify prospects by alignment, funding potential, and access.
• Cultivate funders and write proposals with senior staff.
• Manage proposals from concept to submission.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and pipeline tracking.
• Collaborate with centers to create pitch-ready materials.
