Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foundation Laborer II to assist the Foreman and skilled trades on site. You will operate and maintain equipment, load materials, and support concrete-related tasks on a construction project.

The role requires a CDL, ability to lift 50 lbs+, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and various locations in outdoor conditions. Good English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a foundation laborer.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and varying locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up transits.
• Move equipment down the ROW.
• Rub and patch foundations.
• Install chamfer edge and finish wet concrete.
• Direct concrete trucks to pour location.
• Operate backhoes and forklifts.
• Haul tools and materials such as rebar cages and casing.
• Drive concrete trucks, diggers, water trucks, cranes, and other equipment.
• Follow directions and maintain safety rules.
