Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside is seeking a Grants and Foundations Coordinator to advance the mission through securing and stewarding foundation and corporate funding. The role emphasizes research, grant writing, and relationship management to support performance targets set by leadership.

Responsibilities include managing grant proposals, reporting, and compliance while collaborating with program, finance, and construction teams to gather impact data.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in grant writing and experience managing a grant database.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and coordinate the submission of grant proposals, applications, reports, and supporting documentation in accordance with funder requirements and deadlines.
• Manage the grants calendar, tracking systems, and records to ensure timely completion of proposals, reports, compliance requirements, and stewardship activities.
• Maintain accurate grant data, documentation, deliverables, and deadlines within Bloomerang and other organizational systems.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and construction teams to gather programmatic, financial, and impact information required for grant proposals and reporting.
• Monitor grant-funded activities and reporting obligations to ensure compliance with funder requirements.
• Prepare grant pipeline and performance reports for Development leadership.
