Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside seeks a Grants and Foundations Coordinator to secure and steward foundation and corporate funding. The role focuses on prospect research, grant writing, relationship management, and grant reporting, coordinating with the VP of Development and Director of Development.

The ideal candidate will manage grant data, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver compelling narrative content for donor communications and reports.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in grant writing and grant database management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and coordinate the submission of grant proposals, applications, reports, and supporting documentation in accordance with funder requirements and deadlines.
• Manage the grants calendar, tracking systems, and records to ensure timely completion of proposals, reports, compliance requirements, and stewardship activities.
• Maintain accurate grant data, documentation, deliverables, and deadlines within Bloomerang and other organizational systems.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and construction teams to gather programmatic, financial, and impact information required for grant proposals and reporting.
• Monitor grant-funded activities and reporting obligations to ensure compliance with funder requirements.
• Prepare grant pipeline and performance reports for Development leadership.
