SALVATION ARMY A GEORGIA CORP in Dallas, TX is seeking a senior fundraising leader responsible for directing foundation giving and government grants across the Area Command. You will oversee staff, develop strategies, and partner with programs and grants teams to maximize donor engagement and funding opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and seven years of foundation fundraising experience; CFRE preferred. Travel and a valid Texas driver license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Seven years of successful foundation and fundraising experience or equivalent.
• CFRE certification preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Directs selection, training and supervision of staff responsible for foundation giving and government grants.
• Leads foundation giving and government grants to increase donor engagement and fundraising results.
• Oversees preparation of proposals and grant applications and coordinates with Grants Coordinator.
• Mentors Grants Coordinator and Grants & Contracts Specialists to build a cohesive team.
• Ensures grant expenditures and reports comply with grantors' requirements and institutional policies.
• Collaborates with programs teams to align funding opportunities with Salvation Army initiatives.
