Job summary

The University of Georgia’s Franklin College is seeking a Foundation Fund Administrator to oversee donor fund transactions, budgets, and related compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with FAST and UGAF systems.

You will manage monthly reconciliations, generate reports, and support faculty and staff on fund policies. Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and experience with foundation funds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Direct experience in the area of UGA Foundation fund administration
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of personalities at all levels, exercising tact, confidentiality, sound judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility to promote positive working relationships and job effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master budget for all Foundation funds within assigned departments
• Coordinate with FAST for the management and monthly reconciliation of all departmental Foundation funds (endowed and spendable). Ensure that all expenditures are accurately posting to the appropriate fund both within UGA Financials and FAME
• Provide monthly financial reports to team manager, faculty members, and department heads
