Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with 5–7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced accounting knowledge with strong budgeting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting information systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of Foundation funds and related transactions.
• Supervise all aspects of Foundation accounting including reconciliations and disbursements.
• Prepare general ledger entries and reconciliations; liaise with Foundation Board.
• Develop and manage the annual UAH Foundation operating budget for board approval.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audits and tax filings.
• Monitor donor accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards (FASB/GASB).
