Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ability to coordinate audits and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile all accounts for the Georgia 4‑H Foundation, prepare reports for trustees.
• Assist in annual budget development and expense statements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for Board meetings.
• Provide analytics to leadership and finance committee.
• Track gifts, PO's, and check requests; oversee investments and tax filings.
• Serve as liaison with Truist and auditors during audits.
