Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and presentation of recognition awards, designing certificates, plaques, and other items.
• Develop and oversee revenue-generating Foundation appeals, coordinating with marketing and events teams.
• Maintains the Foundation fundraising calendar, tracking all events and campaigns.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards individual and corporate donors.
• Oversees Annual Giving for external and internal constituents, including meeting new employees and managing mass mailings.
• Provides accountability tracking through accurate reporting of fundraising and financial activity.
