Job summary

University of Missouri is seeking an Assistant Vice Chancellor for Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving to set the strategic direction, lead performance outcomes, and build a sustainable donor pipeline. You will oversee alumni relations, annual giving, digital engagement, and volunteer management in alignment with institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant leadership experience OR Bachelor’s with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in alumni engagement, annual giving, volunteer management, and fundraising campaigns.
• Experience serving as liaison to a governing board or volunteer leadership organization.
• Knowledge of CASE standards; CFRE or related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-year strategy for alumni engagement and annual giving aligned with campaign goals.
• Integrate engagement with the full advancement continuum to strengthen donor pipelines.
• Direct data-informed annual giving programs with segmentation and multichannel campaigns.
• Serve as primary staff liaison to the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
