Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day field operations on one to two foundation drilling projects in Northern California. You will directly manage Foremen and labor crews, plan daily activities, monitor production, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet schedules and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site decision making, and travel to job sites, with advancement opportunities into broader supervisory roles within SOLV Energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree is a plus.
• 4+ years construction experience; foundation drilling or heavy civil preferred.
• Experience leading crews and ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct Foremen, Operators, Groundman and Laborers on projects with daily supervision.
• Plan and direct drilling and construction activities to meet schedules.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, subcontractors and deliveries.
• Review drawings and specifications; attend pre-job conferences.
• Maintain daily safety checks and quality control on site.
• Prepare daily reports, time sheets and production records.
• Serve as onsite liaison with owners, GC and inspectors.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field is a plus
