Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate foundation drill rigs according to plans and specs.
• Execute precision drilling supporting deep foundation systems and soil stabilization.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on drilling equipment.
• Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Maintain correct drilling depth, alignment, and production throughout projects.
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety procedures.
• Complete daily reports and equipment inspections.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews.
• Keep equipment clean and ready between projects.
• Represent the company professionally on site.
