The Foundation Drill Operator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Fentress, TX. This position is responsible for safely operating foundation drilling rigs and related equipment to construct drilled shafts and other deep foundation elements for commercial, industrial, and heavy civil projects. Day‑to‑day tasks include reading and interpreting project plans, setting up and inspecting equipment, monitoring drilling parameters, coordinating with field supervisors and crews, and maintaining accurate logs of work performed. The operator will perform routine equipment maintenance, identify and report mechanical issues, and help ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. The role also involves working outdoors in varying conditions, assisting with rig mobilization and demobilization, mechanical repairs, and contributing to a collaborative, safety‑focused jobsite environment.
