Ideal candidates have 3+ years of drilling experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and follow project plans. U.S. work authorization and residency within commuting distance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating foundation drill rigs or comparable heavy drilling equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience working on active construction sites while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Ability to interpret project plans and follow drilling specifications.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and production efficiency.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate foundation drill rigs according to engineering plans and project specifications.
• Execute precision drilling operations supporting deep foundation systems, retaining structures, and soil stabilization projects.
• Perform pre‑operation inspections and routine preventative maintenance on drilling equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate drilling depth, alignment, and production requirements throughout each project.
• Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and site‑specific requirements.
• Complete daily production reports, equipment inspections, and job documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, superintendents, survey crews, and field personnel.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness between projects.
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining productivity and quality standards on every job site.
