Qualifications

• Operate foundation drilling rigs and related equipment safely per project plans.
• Read construction drawings and follow depth layouts for drilled foundations.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and safe rigging and material handling procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and stand for extended periods.
• Coordinate with supervisors and crews, maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans to determine drilling parameters.
• Set up, align, and inspect drilling equipment before operation.
• Monitor drilling parameters and adjust as needed to meet specs.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and crews for smooth on-site workflow.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of work performed.
• Assist with rig mobilization/demobilization and basic mechanical repairs.
