Job summary

Connecticut Children’s Medical Center is seeking a Data Analyst, Foundation Operations, to support fundraising and operational success through data management, reporting, prospect research, and gift processing. The role focuses on maintaining Salesforce data integrity, managing workflows, and producing actionable reports for leadership and staff.

The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely data requests, and uphold Foundation policies while driving process

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree.
• Experience: minimum one year administrative experience including data entry and report creation.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, data governance, and fundraising operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly patient screening data, prepare results, and distribute findings.
• Create and monitor Salesforce Cases and research-related records.
• Conduct prospect research, wealth screening, and data analysis to support fundraising.
• Prepare prospect profiles and research summaries for leadership and staff.
• Maintain data governance and documentation to ensure data quality.
