Zohorecruit in Newtown, PA is seeking an experienced Foundation Construction Superintendent/Manager to oversee deep foundation and heavy civil projects across southeastern Pennsylvania.

This hands-on leadership role requires directing field crews, managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of complex foundation systems for highways, bridges, marine facilities, and industrial sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction with extensive deep foundation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership experience supervising field crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and project performance.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QC processes, and construction best practices.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.
