Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foundation Equipment Operator to safely operate drilling rigs, augers, pile drivers and other foundation equipment on utility projects. You will perform excavation, drilling and soil stabilization while following engineering specs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, logging usage, coordinating with foremen, and adhering to OSHA standards. CDL A required; overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience operating heavy or specialized foundation equipment in construction or utility projects.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A.
• Knowledge of soil conditions, drilling techniques, and foundation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs, augers, pile drivers, excavators and other foundation equipment.
• Perform excavation, drilling, and soil stabilization for deep foundations and anchor systems.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols; complete pre-operation checks and safe operating procedures.
• Coordinate with Foreman and crew to ensure proper sequencing and efficient workflow.
