Job summary

Saber is seeking a full-time Construction Crew Member to support foundation and concrete repair projects at residential and commercial sites. You will perform physical work in trenches and confined spaces, load and organize materials, and operate tools safely while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work area.

Ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to lift 50–100 lbs. A valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are required; prior construction

Responsibilities

Support foundation and concrete repair projects at residential & commercial job sites.
Perform physical work in trenches, crawlspaces, and confined areas
Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Install systems using company-approved methods and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time.
Communicate with customers as needed to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
