Job summary

York Technical College, a public two-year college, seeks an Alumni Development Coordinator to engage alumni, coordinate fundraising, and build community partnerships to support the college’s mission.

The role will manage campaigns, plan solicitations and events, and collaborate with the College Advancement team to maximize donor relations and program impact across York, Lancaster, and Chester counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least one year of experience with alumni relations, fundraising, special events planning, grant writing, non-profit development and/or advancement services.

Responsibilities

• Philanthropic support – Plan, develop, and execute programs to engage alumni and community prospects for annual giving resources.
• Alumni engagement and development – Build relationships, recruit volunteers, and coordinate programs for alumni and partners.
• Development and alumni communications – Create materials, write proposals, and monitor donor activity to align with college advancement goals.
• Special events and partnerships – Plan events, secure sponsorships, and develop affinity partnerships to support college initiatives.
