Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruitment strategies including social media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment events and affiliate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage in recruitment and awareness activities to recruit foster parents.
• Develop proactive recruitment plans and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Respond to inquiries by phone within 24 hours.
• Support certification processes for foster parents and complete documentation.
• Conduct parent interviews, background checks and home inspections.
• Maintain foster parent files in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in placement and matching of youth with foster families.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with referral sources and providers.
• Ensure safety and well-being of youth and observe for signs of neglect.
• Travel to affiliate locations for recruitment events.
