Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services in Kentucky is seeking a Foster Parent Recruiter to enhance recruitment efforts, build community relations, and ensure compliant certification of foster families. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment across Louisville, Benton, Bowling Green, and Florence.

You will develop proactive recruitment plans, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and support the placement process with youth and foster families, while adhering to agency policies and state

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in full cycle recruiting in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in sales, insurance or financial services recruitment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, including social media.
• Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective foster parents and build community relations.
• Develop and implement proactive recruitment plans to attract and certify candidates.
• Respond to foster parent inquiries within 24 hours.
• Ensure foster parent compliance with agency and state licensing requirements.
• Assist in the placement process and match youth with foster parents.
• Maintain foster parent files and complete necessary documentation.
• Travel to affiliate locations for recruitment events.
