• Recruit prospective foster parents and build community relations.
• Develop proactive recruitment plans to attract and certify candidates.
• Respond to foster parent inquiries within 24 hours.
• Guide certification process and complete necessary documentation.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and home inspections.
• Maintain foster parent files in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in placement and matching based on needs and training.
