• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or community outreach.
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, relationship management, and consultative sales.
• Demonstrated success meeting measurable goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified prospective foster parents and manage inquiries through licensing.
• Generate leads via outreach, referrals, events, and social media.
• Build partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, faith-based groups, and businesses.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective foster parents throughout the process.
• Track leads and licensing progress; maintain CRM records; report KPIs.
• Deliver presentations and information sessions to community audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and licensing.
