Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all steps in the foster parent annual re-evaluation process.
• Maintains foster parent files in compliance with external and internal requirements.
• Conducts periodic in-home health and safety reviews.
• Works with management team to develop and implement a foster parent retention plan.
• Coordinates ongoing foster parent appreciation activities and develops skill development sessions.
